Founder & Principal Consultant

Jessica Oguejiofor, MBA, SPHRi, ACIPM

HR Strategist — Org Design, Culture & Leadership

I help African leaders build organisations that do not break their people. Across nearly two decades in human resources — from insurance and capital markets to telecommunications — I have sat in the boardrooms where growth plans meet the reality of the people expected to deliver them.

I founded SteadyStrides Consult Nigeria in 2015 as a human resources and organisation development practice, and I still lead it alongside my role as Manager, Human Resources & Administration at a Lagos-based telecoms business. That mix keeps the advice practical: I am living the operational reality I consult on.

I hold an MBA from the University of Ibadan and a BSc from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and I am certified SPHRi and ACIPM. My work today sits where strategy, people, and AI meet — redesigning roles, adopting new tools without losing culture, and building teams that learn faster than the market changes.

Every engagement is founder-led. You get senior judgement, straight answers, and a partner who stays until the change holds.

Our promise

To deliver innovative, people-led change and business transformation — always focused on sustainable performance improvement, added value, and measurable business results.

Where we are going

To be the partner African businesses trust to make the shift into AI-era work — keeping people, ethics, and dignity at the centre of every system we help build.

The values that have not changed

New tools, new era, same standards.

Exceeding expectations

We strive to meet and surpass what our clients expect of us — every engagement.

Serving with purpose

Professionalism and a dedication to excellence is what we stand for.

Serving with compassion

Our clients' concerns are our first and major concern.

Embracing & driving change

We constantly seek innovative techniques — today that includes AI — to serve better.

Impacting knowledge

We encourage continuous learning and development, in our clients and in ourselves.

How we work

01

Diagnose

We listen, review your data, and pinpoint what is actually blocking performance — not the symptoms.

02

Design

We co-create the intervention: structure, systems, skills, and the AI tooling that supports them.

03

Deliver

We implement alongside your team, transfer the skills, and measure the business result.
