Privacy & Talent Pool Policy

1. What we collect

When you use our ATS Resume Checker, we ask for your name and email so we can send you your report. If you choose to join our talent pool, we also collect your phone number, current job title, location, salary expectation, skills, education level, and the ATS score we generated.

2. CV files are not stored

Your CV or resume is parsed in your browser. We do not upload or store the file itself on our servers. Only the information you type into the form and the analysis results are saved when you opt in to the talent pool.

3. How we use talent pool data

If you opt in, your profile may be shared with vetted employers and hiring partners that SteadyStrides Consult Nigeria works with. We only share the information you provided and the ATS score. We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to update or remove your profile from the talent pool at any time by emailing steadystridesng@gmail.com.
